Mila has a broad, rounded toe box designed to give the front of the foot more room than a narrow, tapered shoe. Its flexible construction can also feel less restrictive around sensitive feet. Individual foot shapes differ, so choosing the correct size remains important.

Yes. The padded Mila insole is removable, allowing you to replace it with your own orthotic insert. Because orthotics vary in thickness and shape, check that your heel remains secure and that there is still enough room across the toes.

The practical side zip lets the shoe open more widely, so you do not need to loosen and retighten the elastic laces every time. Adjust the laces for your preferred fit first, then use the side zip for everyday entry.

Mila is designed for ordinary daily activities such as errands, travelling, standing and relaxed walks. When wearing any new footwear, begin with shorter periods and gradually increase the wearing time once you are happy with the fit.

Mila combines cushioning, a roomy front and a flexible sole to create a softer, less restrictive feeling during everyday movement. Comfort varies from person to person. Mila is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure health conditions; seek professional advice for persistent or severe pain.

The textured rubber outsole is designed to add contact and grip on ordinary indoor and outdoor walking surfaces. No footwear is completely slip-proof, so always take extra care on wet, icy, polished or uneven ground.

Wipe away surface dirt using a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow the shoes to air-dry naturally. Do not place them in a washing machine, tumble dryer or directly against a radiator, as strong heat may affect the materials and shape.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. Delivery across the United Kingdom usually takes 7–10 working days after dispatch. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, tracking details are sent to you by email.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to decide whether Mila is right for you. If you need to return the shoes, contact our customer care team within that period and we will guide you through the return process. Keep the shoes unworn, unused and in their original condition while deciding.
