We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to support our online store and help customers with questions, orders, returns, sizing, delivery updates, and product enquiries.
Our customers value clear communication, reassurance, and a helpful personal approach. In this role, kindness, organisation, and attention to detail are just as important as previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional customer support via email
- Assist customers with order updates, returns, sizing, delivery, and product questions
- Help customers select the most suitable footwear size where possible
- Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported
- Keep communication clear, helpful, accurate, and organised
- Work with the team to improve the customer experience
- Support with small day-to-day online tasks when needed
Requirements
- Strong written English
- A friendly, patient, and helpful communication style
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organised
- Interest in footwear, fashion, and online retail
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who understands the importance of creating a clean, trustworthy, and engaging online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Support with website visuals, banners, and product presentation
- Help create clear and attractive content for the store and marketing channels
- Assist with product descriptions, size information, and collection updates
- Maintain a consistent brand look across the website and customer touchpoints
- Support the team with creative and e-commerce tasks
- Help improve the online shopping experience for customers
- Review product pages for clarity, accuracy, and visual consistency
Requirements
- A good eye for design, layout, and detail
- Interest in footwear, fashion, branding, and e-commerce
- Basic experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A thoughtful approach to visual presentation and customer experience
